Welcome to the heart of innovation - our Tesla Turbine Prototype. Developed by TesTur Energy in collaboration with Integza, this unique device represents a pivotal milestone in our journey towards a sustainable energy future.
Our turbine prototype is a faithful replica of the initial design we utilized in our groundbreaking experiments and tests. It signifies our commitment to sustainable energy research, blending advanced technology with a love for hands-on experimentation and learning. It’s your chance to own a piece of energy history while supporting the crucial research and development that's shaping tomorrow’s energy landscape.
Priced at $999.95, this exclusive piece of energy history embodies countless hours of rigorous research and rigorous testing. Crafted with precision, the prototype boasts a robust design featuring an aluminum disc stack enclosed in a high-quality polycarbonate casing. The turbine is tailored to accommodate a variety of testing conditions, currently optimized for compressed air tests.
From initial trials, the turbine has shown promising potential, generating 1200 watts of power on a dynamometer test with 30-40psi and a notable 250 watts electrical load when partnered with an upgrade generator package on just 15psi of compressed air. It is also designed for future upgradeability, with provisions to accommodate a two-stage upgrade we aim to release soon.
Prototype Turbine
While this turbine is a working prototype, it’s not a complete, turnkey solution or operational turbine. We're selling these replicas as a way to raise funds for our ongoing research and to offer our supporters a tangible symbol of their contribution to sustainable energy development. It’s a DIY experimental tool and a unique collector’s item rolled into one.
Our Tesla Turbine Prototype is not just a product; it's an opportunity to support and partake in an important revolution in energy technology. With each purchase, you're investing in a cleaner, more sustainable future and contributing to our continued research and development in Combined Heat and Power (CHP) Biomass and Solar Thermal Tesla Turbine systems.
Experience the thrill of hands-on testing, learn about the technology that will shape our energy future, and become a part of the journey towards sustainability. With the Tesla Turbine Prototype, you're not just buying a product, but a piece of energy history and a brighter tomorrow.
Please note that our turbine is for educational and experimental purposes and must be handled responsibly. Always follow safety guidelines and procedures as provided in the accompanying user manual. By purchasing this turbine, you assume all responsibility for its safe usage. Remember, your safety is our top priority.

Competitive advantages

The TesTur (Tesla Turbine) isn’t a complex piece of machinery, having originally been designed and constructed over 100 years ago by the king of simplicity. Combine this with modern mass manufacturing techniques and you’ve got a low cost solution for expensive problems.
We didn’t just make the machine… we’ve made the machine that makes the machine.
-
The TesTur has one moving part and contrary to popular belief, it doesn’t need to be spun at ridiculously high speeds in order to provide significant power. This means that aircraft grade aluminum, metals of higher tensile strength, and modern bearings, are all more than capable of handling the friction and sheer forces generated during operation.
Contact, and thus friction, in some areas - like the generator coupling, has been entirely removed.
What we’re saying is, “We make ‘em like they used to.”
-
We keep it simple by using off the shelf parts and stamping out components where possible - reducing our overhead so we can focus on what we do best: making turbines.
Simplicity is beauty.
-
The TesTur and other components can be easily removed from the rest of the system via the use of tri-clamps.
Take advantage of the turbine’s fuel agnosticism and quickly swap combustion chambers as needed.
Or remove the TesTur module entirely and put it to work in other systems as needed ie: home energy systems, portable generator sets, or even vehicles.
One module to rule them all.
-
We’ve prioritized ease of access so you can maintain the turbine yourself. With there being only one moving part in the turbine, there’s very little wear and tear in the system. Bearings will need to be replaced eventually and this should be the only required maintenance.
Should there be repairs needed to be made, you can send the turbine module back to us and we’ll ship you a new one.
If we never hear from you again after your purchase, we’ve accomplished our mission.
-
The ease of disconnecting and reconnecting various components makes daisy-chaining for additional capacity a breeze, more power to you!
-
Generating 2.75 kW continuous from free sunlight means that after 10 hours of use, the typical American home has it’s energy needs met. This leaves the other 14 hours of energy generation for powering up your home battery or to be sold to the grid for a profit.
Go green for the planet, or go green for your bank account, or go green just because it’s really freakin’ cool.
